We’re gradually incorporating more responsible materials into our products, including third-party certified recycled materials, recycled outsoles and responsibly sourced leather as a part of our commitment to sustainability.

RECYCLED MATERIALS

Made with 23% recycled pre-consumer polypropylene, 13% recycled pre-consumer synthetic rubber, 9% recycled pre-consumer leather fibers, 6% recycled post-consumer ABS and 1% recycled post-consumer polyester by Control Union. [License Number CU1148362.]

The upper material contains recycled pre-consumer leather fibers. Using recycled leather fibers reduces the use of virgin raw materials and helps us to reuse materials that would otherwise have been discarded as waste.

We use shoe boxes made of 90% post-consumer waste and 10% virgin wood pulp farmed from sustainably managed forests. The shoe box incorporates natural dyes and adhesives exclusively with no chemical finish. The tissue paper is 99% post-consumer waste, 1% virgin pulp, and printed with plant-based ink. There will be charged 59 SEK shipping costs on all orders. Please make note that there will be no additional VAT or duty charges requested on delivery by our carriers.

All orders are shipped within two business days. 

RETURNS:

At Steve Madden you can easily return unworn shoes, bags, clothing or accessories. We offer a return period of 30 days, counting from the day your order was delivered.

Shipping charges for returning the goods are for your own account.

Holiday Return Policy: All orders placed between 3-11-2023 and 24-12-2023 can be returned untill 31-01-2024.
